Each member of our team undergoes an extensive assessment, including personality testing, to ensure we have the right people in the right places. Additionally, each team member receives regular performance reviews and file audits to ensure that the level of service we are known for is being maintained. We are dedicated to exceeding client expectations and delivering results. Our team is comprised of individuals who are not only experts in Florida real estate but are also passionate about what they do. Jamie Hallman | CEO of Consider It Closed LLC

Jamie began her career as a Registered Dietitian, but a yearlong international mission trip with the World Race sparked a shift in her perspective and purpose. Shortly after returning to the States, she transitioned into real estate, earning her license in both Georgia and Florida in 2019.

She quickly found her stride as an in-house transaction coordinator for a top-producing team in Northeast Florida, where she personally managed hundreds of closings over a two-year span. In 2021, driven by a desire to bring greater structure, care, and integrity to the transaction process, she launched her own company. As the founder of Consider It Closed, Jamie now leads a growing team of coordinators who share her commitment to excellence and client-centered service.

She is also the author of The Expectation Gap, a book that reflects her passion for relationships, spiritual growth, and clear communication. Originally from South Carolina, Jamie has lived in five states, made over a dozen moves, and traveled to more than 22 countries - these are experiences that have shaped her worldview and given her a deep understanding of both the emotional and logistical sides of relocation. She now happily calls St. Augustine, Florida home.


FUN FACTS: Her happiest days are spent enjoying delicious food on an outdoor patio, watching a Carolina Panthers game with her husband, and snuggling up with her pug (Kai Ninja) and French bulldog (Yoshi). A few of her favorite things: specialty coffee, M. Night Shyamalan movies, power walking outdoors with her powerbeats on blast, Star Wars and all things sci-fi, Jesus, building muscle with the Ladder app, video games, reading, and adventurous eating.

Sarah has been an integral part of our team since the company was just three months old, growing alongside us and helping shape the high standards we are known for today. With a natural knack for administrative work and a deep appreciation for the flexibility of working from home, she brings consistency, focus, and calm to every transaction she supports.

Known for her excellent customer service, Sarah has built strong, lasting relationships with agents and clients alike. Her attention to detail, proactiveness, and love of structure make her especially well-suited for managing contracts, deadlines, and the day-to-day coordination that keeps deals moving forward.

Stepping into the role of transaction coordinator has not only allowed Sarah to put her strengths to work, but it has also pushed her to grow in confidence, take initiative, and step into leadership in ways that continue to inspire our team and elevate the client experience.


FUN FACTS: She has a sweet tooth for gummy candies and a quirky love for collecting paper bags. (Yes, really!) Massages put her right to sleep every time, no questions asked. In her downtime, you can find her spending quality time with her family, who mean the world to her.


Sheena Navarro

Transaction Coordinator

Sheena holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and is a Registered Criminologist, bringing a sharp, analytical mindset and a strong sense of integrity to everything she does. She began her career as an administrative assistant, where she quickly became known for her ability to keep things running efficiently behind the scenes, from managing schedules to handling day-to-day office operations.

Her transition into real estate was a natural next step, allowing her to combine her organizational strengths with a growing interest in the housing market. As a transaction coordinator, Sheena discovered a genuine passion for supporting real estate professionals and their clients: meticulously managing contracts, tracking deadlines, and ensuring each file moves smoothly from offer to close.

She finds fulfillment in knowing that her work plays a key role in helping people achieve major life milestones. Her reliability, attention to detail, and steady communication style make her an indispensable part of our team and a trusted partner for agents navigating busy pipelines.


FUN FACTS:  Sheena loves traveling, camping, and exploring the outdoors with her partner and their two dogs. A self-proclaimed coffee devotee, she never starts her day without carving out a few quiet minutes to enjoy her favorite cup. She also finds joy (and serious peace of mind) in cleaning and organizing, making her love of structure a perfect fit for her role.


Ann Tong

Transaction Coordinator

With a diverse background spanning restaurant operations, hotel management, building administration, and real estate support, Ann brings a unique blend of structure, service, and adaptability to our team. Her experience across these industries has shaped her into a well-rounded professional who thrives on keeping things organized, running smoothly, and people well taken care of.

Over the past few years, Ann found her niche in the real estate industry, where her love for service and eye for detail truly shine. As a real estate administrative assistant, she discovered a deep passion for guiding clients through one of the most important transactions of their lives. She finds joy in helping turn their dreams into reality while her calm demeanor and genuine desire to help make her a trusted ally to both our team and the clients we serve.


FUN FACTS: A true coffee enthusiast, she believes a good cup of coffee can brighten any day. Ann is naturally sociable and thrives on quality time - whether it's chatting with friends, catching up with family, or simply being surrounded by good company.


Jemi Gonzales

Listing & Compliance Coordinator

With a background in hospitality and customer service, Jemi brings a warm, detail-oriented approach to every transaction she supports. Her degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management laid the groundwork for exceptional communication and multitasking skills, which she further honed in the fast-paced call center industry—building precision, professionalism, and a strong commitment to client care.

She has a sharp eye for detail, a natural ability to connect with people, and a genuine desire to get things right the first time. Jemi is a valued asset to our team and clients as she handles new contract setups, listing management, and compliance management. By specializing in these critical support areas, she allows our transaction coordinators to stay focused on active files, delivering faster turnarounds and more personalized service to every client.


FUN FACTS: Outside of work, Jemi is an avid coffee lover who enjoys café-hopping, diving into anime and K-dramas, and spending meaningful time with her family and friends. She still hasn’t mastered riding a bike (blame the balance issues!), but she did teach herself how to drive by “borrowing” her dad’s spare keys when no one was home.

Many TC’s are in their roles for a limited time and often don’t have a personal sense of ownership in the transactions they work. As a small business, we take each deal, and the satisfaction of the agents that we work with, very seriously. This is evidenced by the level of thoroughness and professionalism in our work. Every TC on the team is well-versed in real estate with the owner holding a real estate license and overseeing the daily operations. With the owner’s background as an agent, we uniquely understand the struggles and demands placed on agents. We have managed countless transactions, so have seen just about every scenario you can imagine and know how to manage challenges while staying calm. We regularly engage in education and training on new laws so that we can stay on top of the latest contract updates.

The owner, Jamie, is driven by doing things the right way (shout out to all fellow 1’s on the enneagram) so we go above and beyond to ensure that everyone has a smooth, pleasant transaction from start to finish. We believe that the smallest details make the largest impressions, so we take great care to make it a wonderful experience. TC’s are an extension and reflection of the agents we serve.
