Full Service Transaction Management - $495+

(Contract to Close)


  • Document Management & Compliance: Ensure all contract and title documents are complete, fully executed, and submitted to the broker for compliance. Provide receipts to all parties (binder deposit, repair invoices, etc.).

  • Deadline & Milestone Tracking: Calculate critical deadlines, create timelines, and provide weekly updates to you and your clients.

  • Email & Communication Management: Send detailed introductions, updates, and key information to all parties, keeping everyone informed without you lifting a finger.

  • Follow-Up & Coordination: Ongoing coordination with title, lender, co-op agent, HOA, inspectors, and more. Proactively resolve snags that could delay your deal.

  • Inspection, Repair, & Appraisal Monitoring: Schedule inspections, confirm reports are delivered, track appraisal progress, and follow up on repair completion so your clients stay on track.

  • Post-Closing Support: Deliver final documents, update MLS, and help with client reviews and home service connections if desired.Secure document management and compliance with all required parties.

  • Agent Portal Access: Gives you full visibility of deadlines, contacts, and transaction details anytime via our secure online portal and app.

  • Move Concierge Service: Connect your clients with trusted home service and utility providers, helping make their move smooth — completely free, while giving you the credit.

  • Commission & Closing Docs: Ensure CDA (Commission Disbursement Authorization) forms are drafted and submitted to title, and upload all final signed settlement statements and other documents to the agent’s online transaction management service or portal for compliance and easy access.

  • Internal Compliance Checks: Conduct thorough audits prior to closing to ensure all documents, signatures, and disclosures are complete and compliant before closing.

  • Closing Coordination: Schedule signing appointments for clients and agents, confirm final walk-throughs, and ensure the transaction closes on time with all parties notified.

Broker-Ready Compliance Review - $150

(pre-closing file review only)


Our Compliance Review is designed for agents who handle their own transactions but want a professional audit of their transaction file to confirm all Florida contract forms, signatures, and brokerage requirements are complete before submission or closing. 1-2 business day turnaround. Includes:

• Review of contract, addenda, and riders for missing signatures, initials, or dates
• Verification of required Florida disclosures and brokerage forms
• Clear report of missing items with exact items to correct
• One follow-up review after corrections are completed, if applicable


File Corrections - Additional $75

(optional compliance review add-on)


For those utilizing our broker-ready compliance review, if your file needs corrections, our team will coordinate with buyers, sellers, and/or co-op agents to obtain missing documents and/or finalize corrections for you. It includes:

• Requesting and tracking missing signatures or initials
• Drafting and/or coordinating needed documents with all parties
• Sending docs through Dotloop for e-signature
• Confirming all corrections are completed
• Updating file checklist after corrections
